P.E.O. Chapter IV

We had an awesome meeting last night.  We balloted on a name for membership and proposed another name too!  We discussed having a purse selling fundraiser at the Norris Craft Fair this fall, so we'll see if that works out for us.  A special thank you to Nancy who talked to the City of Hickman about sponsoring a flower bed.  We plan to do the weeding, new plantings, and posting a sign that identifies our Chapter.  A committee consisting of Denise, Margaret and Becky, will let us know how we can all help and accomplish this task.  What a great way to get the word out about our Chapter.  Just a note too, that we will not have a 5th Saturday Brunch on July 30th because of Hickman Hayday.  Have a wonderful rest of the summer!  Please plan to attend the August 8th meeting.  Our Chapter Organizer and former State President Jan Loftin will be our special guest.
